How much should the dealer be charging to adjust the valve's on a new Kodiak? Also, about how often should this be done?

Not much, I don't know my a$$ from a hole in the ground and I do my own. The most time is spent getting the bike apart to get to the valves and putting it back together. I would be skeptical about paying them more than like $50-60 to do it. If they try to charge you over $100, they are screwing you. Make sure and get an estimate from them first.
