Default Tricks on how to keep the grips On!!!!!!

Another tip for the gas idea. I wrap black eletrical tape around the bar. Fill grip with gas empty it and slid on. The gas desolves the tape a little and when it dries (very fast) you are ready and it will not slip at all.

Great fix in the woods as well.

I used spray paint on both sets works great , on my first set when I changed them I had to cut them off

Thanks guy's i will have to try them all,thanks for the responce,i messed with the grips about 30 times on an hr ride,but i was breaking in a new rider so i went a little extra fast ..lol

I use 90 second two part epoxy, and have never had a grip come off. It is a real pain when its time to remove the grips but i dont mind. A little bit of effort is worth it to me to not bust my butt cause of a failed grip.

i just bought new grips too!! first i dipped them in gasoline so the grips wont waste *** fast. then i also put hairspray wait a day and good to go[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Mine is a combo of elect. tape and hair spray. Many other good methods in here. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
