How to check for proper head oiling on a Warrior ?

How to check for proper head oiling on a Warrior ?
I'm guessinf if I remove the small bolt near the #3 head bolt (right side of intake valve cover) I can fire the motor and oil SHOULD come out. How much of a stream should I see ?
Is there a different way ?
