Default help me jet my blaster PLEASE

Just rebuilt the entire motor, broke in the motor with about 5 hours on it now, finally rode it around and brought it wide open, and checked the jetting it was running pretty lean so I bumped it up to a 280 main jet from a 250.The bike wouldn't idle even with the 250, and now with the 280 it won't idle to save it's life, you will be riding, pull in the clutch to slow down, and it will stall on me.Checked the plug and it's darker than the "coffee color" it should be.Basically I need help getting it to idle, and the engine to it's full potential.
I've been riding it around with it not being able to idle and it runs pretty well, but where should my top speed be around?I'm running stock gearing with 22x10x8 tires.
friend said he clocked me in his car around 55?

ENGINE mods are:

Bored .60 over Wiseco Pro-Lite Piston & Rings
"Hot-Rods" Crankshaft and rod kit
Modified Air Box
Oil injection block off kit running 32:1 now
TORS system disconnected
Boyesen Power Reeds
DG pipe & silencer
new clutch kit
UNI air filter
280 main jet

i started with the air screw 1 1/2 out[starting point] and unscrewed it 3 turns out and still it's not even close to idling...also i have the thumb throttle adjustment on the cable all the way out adjusted...and still nothing.Where do I go from here? i'm confused

much help appreciated

there's a idle adjustment screw on your quad. remove the seat, up near the snorkle intake there's a rubbler flap. lift that flap up, on the left side of your intake snorkle under the flap there is a silver idle adjustment screw you turn with your hand. to the right bumps your idle up, to left turns it down. start your quad and rev to keep it running while you adjust the idle screw to the right until it will idle on it's own.
top speed is right at 55, that's about accurate.

55 is the stock speed on the Blaster (freind used to have one) it should go alot faster than that with those mods. Who knows I'm a 4 stroke guy.....

rule of thumb: idle circuit, all adjustables.
midrange: needle
high spped : main jet.

the idle screw will not work with the tors unhooked. either put the tors back on or go buy an idle kit. i know vitos sells them. it is easy to do. the kit comes with everything you need.
