Default New Rappy Jetting Q's

I now live in seatle and am more than likely going to need to rejet my quad, which is set for dumont. I believe i am damned close to sea level, and im not sure the elevation for dumont, but i ran 190:185's at dumont.

Here is my dumont setup:
pro flow foam w/ outer wear, no lid
dyno jet kit 190:185 4th clip i believe
high grind web cam
11:1 piston
full big gun exhaust

Now i plan to:
Throw away the airbox
run K&N's w/o outer wear
get a agressive port and polish

What would you guys guess for me to start jetting at????
Does Dyno make jets that big anyways?
How many licks are in a tootsie pop?

DJ mains are smaller than Mikuni mains.....approx. 10 sizes.
DumontRap.....you could go too Mikuni mains and effectively go UP 10 numbers on the mains....that should be a safe starting spot if you keep an eye on your plug. Keep us posted bud.

A good example of the DJ VS Mikuni metering system is the kit you can purchase for the Rap....the largest main offerred in the kit is a 148.....and the smallest being a 138 (I think). I have purchased this kit and know first hand. As you know, 140-145 (Mikuni) is stock on the Raptor. The diameter of the needles is the primary reason for less main needed.

I'm running a ported stock bore and running 160/165 Dynojet mains at 5200 feet that would equal 180/185 at sea level.
Dynojet = smaller number bigger main
Mukuni = bigger number smaller main.
