I am running a white bro's exhaust with a fmf head pipe and the white brothers air filter! I have messed around with the jetting for weeks and I can't figure it out. I bought a Dino Jet kit and when I set it up the way they tell me too it runs good for about 5 min the when I go to give it more gas the engine starts cutting out until I let off the gas, it doesn't always do this? I am under the 3000ft thing. Please Help!!!

 

Lower the needle (raise the clip)

This is on a 96 warrior. How do you check the float? Thanks

 

attach a clear tube to your carb drain hose and hold the other end about an inch or so above the carb mating surface. your fuel level should be about 3 to 4 mm below the float chamber mating surface. if its high , which they seem to always be, adjust the float tang accordingly.

Just bend it.
