Default Wheelie Question

Ok, here's my experience with the raptor.

When you go to high, hit the grab bar or something, make sure to hit the back brake so the front end goes down. The one time I did a wheelie, I got back on the grab bar and it was going pretty fast. My grab bar got bent so bad. The stock grab bars are pretty crappy and wont stand much. It will stop you from flipping back though. I recently broke my grab bar from doing a wheelie. It just couldn't take that much more I guess and I hit it and it broke right off. I'm going to get one of those desert grab bars. You should too if you want to do wheelies with the raptor.

Easy thing to do is put your left leg on the grab bar and the right leg by the back brake just in case you go back too far and have it in second gear.

Good Luck !

Default Wheelie Question

try just popping ur clutch in first gear and riding wheelies at a low speed at first to get used to it then u can shift and get goin fast and farther. and the grab bar will deffinately stop u in 1st gear. just hold on the handlebars u can just hit the brake when it stalls out the front end will go right down. start it up and try again

Umm...you would be better to not pop the clutch in first...Just lift it up with power, because you might rev it too high before dumping and land on yer ****. So stick with power.

Breaking the stack grab bar is considered a right of passage, kinda like growing pains.
