Hey Crispy, if your looking for alota bag for your buck and want your "stock appearing" blaster to kick butt. You can, if you or a friend can weld, cut your stock pipe apart and remove the center tube and baffle plate and weld back together. If you know someone that is good at porting I can send you the dimentions or you can send your cylinder to me and I will port it for. Then you need 4 Deg of timing, a 3/8" reed spacer and a dg, FMF, or almost any performance silencer. Up here the Blasters come with a 220 main jet, get a 240 and thats it(don't waste you money on a jet kit, jets are only $1.50 at any dealer.
A stock blaster puts out 17HP at the rear wheels on my Dyno, this package puts out 28.5HP you can add about 1 more with Boyesen Power Reeds.
