difference? yes, a big difference. They are a much more agressive tire. They usually run around 300 bucks for tires and wheels.

 

What would be my probable gain? How much are just the tires?

I used a pair of Triple buffs from a buddy of mine and they gave me 3 bike lengths and has an excellent grip on take off. You can tell a bike has these tires on blind folded in the sand, just push one with your hand accross the sand and then push one with the triple buffs, you will see what I mean. Plus they are light as h3ll!!
