I was just lucky. I live near by. He knows my Dad better than me. My Dad has been going
to him for over 20 years. even when Curtis worked out of his car garage. But he had some pipes ready
for the 4th of July weekend. And I grabbed one. But it had to be a package deal. He took my bike and modified the air box. He changed the exhaust cam timing. and thru on the pipe & jetted it. I honestly can
say I don't want any more power because the front end already is wanting to come up. Nothing like my 250R. Although it did hit my pocketbook!

The Certificate of Orgin that came with my bike says 39 HP while my KFX400 says 32.5 HP. When you ride the YFZ and then the KFX it feels like a lot more than a 6.5 HP difference so the YFZ must be measured at the rear wheels. As 250R for life says ride one and you won't care about a dyno!
