I'm getting really confused about how powerful the yfz is. I've seen some big differences in hp. I mean not the usual 3 to 5hp difference but like 10 to 15hp difference.

250R4life you are a lucky sucker. I want that pipe. Looks good on your machine, what did it cost.

How did you get the pipe so fast. Do you just know them personally. Are you planning any other mods for the near future. I have a 13:1 piston on order and the sparks pipe.

I was just lucky. I live near by. He knows my Dad better than me. My Dad has been going
to him for over 20 years. even when Curtis worked out of his car garage. But he had some pipes ready
for the 4th of July weekend. And I grabbed one. But it had to be a package deal. He took my bike and modified the air box. He changed the exhaust cam timing. and thru on the pipe & jetted it. I honestly can
say I don't want any more power because the front end already is wanting to come up. Nothing like my 250R. Although it did hit my pocketbook!

The Certificate of Orgin that came with my bike says 39 HP while my KFX400 says 32.5 HP. When you ride the YFZ and then the KFX it feels like a lot more than a 6.5 HP difference so the YFZ must be measured at the rear wheels. As 250R for life says ride one and you won't care about a dyno!
