Maybe it was a 200 yard drag we measured it off. It was definitly longer than the 300 foot. You're right though 3 foot in a yard.

the tecate's, in there day could run & usually outrun the honda 250r in stock trim. my old tecate, could hang & usually hang more than the 250r mod for mod.

Even my friends with R's where i race dont belave it when I show them the slip and it says 5.5-5.6, so i could understand you not beleaving me i guess.

I wouldnt be bragging about those times if i were you. Ive seen plenty of four strokes that got down in the 4.7, 4.8 ranges.

Heck, i used to have a warrior that ran around those times, it wasnt stock though of course.

Heh, you obviously havnt raced me.... The only time ive seen the *** end of a 250r is when they are running alcohol. Im sure There are some gas ones that will beat me, just havn't seen them. As for the pipe and filter, no competition.

Speaking of tecates and going fast...... In the late '80's my Dad had a 250r tecate three wheeler and it was the 7th fastest three wheeler in the USA!! This is true! It had lot's of work done to the motor, I think about $4000 may be more.....

ridley: im sure there are, but all the onces iv raced sure cant hang. The closest iv come to gettin beat was by a v-forse with pipes filter and jets, it still wasnt that close .

EFG: im defintly not saying that those times are fast. There slow! but for a quad that stock i think thats pritty good. (Do you think it is good that a R with a pipe, filter and gears can get into top class?!?!)

dsrider: That R you raced wasnt built right then.

P.S dose anybody know how to put a movie clip on here??
