Help Please, Raptor won't start

I go to start my Raptor today and it's making this wierd noise. It keeps starting on it's own I have to shut the ignition off What the hell is this, anyone?

Help Please, Raptor won't start

Sounds like the relay under the seat is bad, its like $28 retail. Mine did similar things, like try to start on its own but not sure about noise.
