Default Reverse Override question

My friend has a 400 Kodiak, its a newer model, probably an '01 or an '02. One thing that really sucks about it is the reverse, there is no override for it and it can't back out of some things on its own. He would like to know if there is a way to bypass the reverse limiter so that he has full power in reverse. If there is a way can someone explain to me how it is done, any pictures would be great too. Thanks alot everyone.

I have the same kit for my Raptor! It works great. I bought it from them off E-bay also. Good Luck!

Don't get scammed by these "kits". All you have to do is ground out a wire. On a Raptor it's the white wire with the green stripe coming from the CDI. However, this also renders the reverse indicator light useless.

Just be VERY careful if you do this. 35 mph is entirely WAY too fast to be going backwards on a four wheeler.
