I was thinking about buying one before I bought my Raptor, and this thing looked extremely huge! Then I found out it was an automatic. Seems like the peppy Raptor could handle the 700, right?

 

The 700 is very quick out of the hole.

 

The 700 is quick from the bottom end but you can out run it of the rappy if is on pipe. Yes it heavy.... I wouldn't be in the way if get in the rollover. it would be a big ouch!

 

the 700 would take it for 250ft but then its f*cking roast

 

So that begs the question....yfz450 VS Kawa 700??? Anybody? As soon as I get to the dunes I'll find one to race....but until then....

 

I just raced a 700 a couple weeks ago in the sand, I actually beat it off the line and was pulling away at the end. I think I might have had a little more paddle than him, that probably accounts for the holeshot. The 700 ran well though.

 

you guys need to realize that the V is not made for sand if it was it would be a 6 speed and weigh 400 pounds. if a stock rappy went against a stock V on asphaultin like 400 ft the rappy still would not catch the V . ive seen it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

i think its sad they designed a 700 automatic, that still gets beat by a raptor (clutch) thats sad if u ask me, and yeah that thing is like a tank!!
