Well, I wouldn't recommend getting rid of the airbox lid, but at least remove the snorkel. I would say 30 or 32 on the pilot, leave the mains pretty close to stock unless you feel it's running lean, and adjust the air screws accordingly. Sorry I can't offer more specific input, but I have so much done to my machine and I can't remember what I ran before doing mods. Hopefully someone else can point you in a better direction.

I have the same setup, except I have the foam filter instead of the K and N filter. I removed my lid completely, not just the snorkel. My pilot's, and needles I left stock. I went to 270 main jet's and it was still quite lean. I then went to 280 and it helped, but not quite enought. I then went to 300 main jet's and it is pretty good now. I would try right around there if you remove the lid. Alot of people think that is too much for a stock machine with just the filter added, but it does add alot more air then stock, especially with the lid removed.
