ok what(technically) is a locker kit? where do i get one and is it easy to install? can i like turn it off and on when i need it, like 4x4 on a truck? just turn the hub? its for a 2000 grizzly.....

You cannot switch it off. It will wear your %^#$ out. You have to pull as hard to get back to center as you did to turn. If you turn left and let go you still go left. This is a serious mudders application only.
