First off, 100 horse banshee's are reliable

Second, it is easily imaginable that a 750cc+ raptor can hit 100 horses. Why not? Sparks had a 505ex on meth/nitro hitting 90 horses. Didnt live but a few dyno runs, but they are out there.

Air, anybody who runs 50% nitro generally wont make 1 pass down the strip. 35-40% is all you will get to go and still have the machine live. Next project is to find a carb that can flow that much fuel

Yes its possible for a Raptor to reach 100hp. I don't know if one has been put together yet but I would love to see it eat up some 2strokes.

14 tell the builder of the machine goodluck. Hopefully it will be up and running at the next ATPT Nationals.

 

100 horses could most likely be done with a rappy, but I don't think it could be done with the stock motor cases. I think a custom all aluminum, reinforced "block" would have to be made, custom heads, pistons, crank...etc. I also believe that alky, Nos, and a supercharger or turbo would have to be used. Straight pipes with no Mufflers are also a neccesity. Just to be safe, An engine girdle would be needed just in case the motor blows up. A 100 horse machine is the equivalent of building a 1000 horse car. With all of those mods would it still be a Raptor?

 

This is going to happen fast, the guy has to race in early august. It has been in the planning/ordering/machineing phase for a few weeks now.
