Just wondering if anyone has run any of this fuel before. It is an oxygenated fuel that supposedly gives you 6% more power. In a crf 450 article they claimed that it made a big improvement. Let me know what you think.

Something like that i'd run a 3 gallon 92 octaine and a 2 gallon vp mix . That is some stout stuff . we used purple In lilsaraha and it was not a good fuel to me . I burned up a filter in 1/2 a day the trash was nasty it looked like it was several months old . I guess thats just their tank but man i'll bring my own cans fully loaded next trip .

I am running it now, I bought 20 gallons last monday. It is not a 6% increase, you'll get a 2-3 hp increase depending on how cool it is out. As the weather warms up the Specific gravity will change and thus the structure of the Fuel will change also. That increase is cheap compared to the money I've spent for 3 hp.
Which is good for race day, but I'm going straight Alchohol. If your gonna jet back and forth might as well go alchohol. But the VP 4 doesen't hurt your motor or rubber stuff. If you live close to a dealer and are planning on Drag Racing for a day or two, then yes is good stuff. It's about 9.00 a gallon here in Sioux City, IA. If you get some, smell it it will burn your nostrile hairs right out of your head. It looks just like water.

I've been running it for about 6 months now and love it. It gives a better power increase compared to anything else i've tried and you don't have all the troubles of alchol!

How much do you have to jet up to run the ultimate 4. I plan on running it straight. I can get it for 6:50 a gallon

Specific Gravity is .718 @ 60 degrees F. So if your at 60 degrees outside jet fatter. if you haven't rejetted for summer and your Temp outside is above 80 I believe you should jet a lil leaner. But if it is 75 out you could probably stay where you are. However this is just my opinion. The best way to jet is with an O2 sensor.

60 degrees a little fatter
70 degrees stay where you
above 80 go alil leaner.

I've ran it strait and I've ran it mixed. 50 hp x 6% = 3 hp. All I noticed was a good smell. It may or may not have made an improvment. If it did it did not make enough for me to tell a difference. I wouldn't recommend smelling it in the can. You will get a headache. You don't even need to open the can to know what it smells like it's strong sealed up in the can. And, I don't believe it is oxygenated. It does not mention it being an oxygenated fuel on their site.

For an oxygenated fuel I'd try MRX01 it's Oxygenated and a 98 octane. It's $80 for 5 gallons though. One day I might give this a try. It's an expensive experiment though.
