raptor carb question?
#1
I am having problems doing wheelies with my raptor. I know everyone says to change your floats and use the tube method. Instead of doing that can I just buy a aftermarket carb. if I do that do i need to have any other changes to my bike (airbox, jetting)? And what is a nice carb, and do you have a good increase in power? thanks.

I just finished installing my FCR carbs....not only do they not fit the frame of the bike...they also interfere with the exhaust...oh yah and did I mention that they don't fit into the intake manifolds correctly...
stay with the stock carbs...evenn when you buy the aftermarket carbs they require jetting work

They cost $730...I'm just pissed cause I spent a better part of the day doing a carb install that should take very little time...for that much they should bolt up better
