Fastest I've gone on my Warrior is 100.7km/h (according to my trail tech). That's 62.6mph for those of you who dont' know how to convert yet .. (freakin metric system??? there's nothing on the planet as simple as the metric system!! That's why the rest of the world is using it!!)

The US is a superpower .. I'll give ya that. But keep in mind that the US Military, which is what makes the US a superpower more-or-less, goes by the Metric System

It is a much easier system to use though for the most part .. I still talk in pounds when discussing how heavy something is .. but as for speed .. km/h .. distance or length km/m/cm/mm etc .. but this is getting off the topic

cheers!!

I don't mind the metric system, but i hate when they put standard and metric on my Mustang.(Bolts) When i work on my raptor i at least know what wrenches to pull out.

Older folks here are "trying" to get into the metric system. On all of our offshore oil/gas projects everything is in metric. They will call a supplier to order metric bolts .. say M10 bolts .. when asked how long they want them, they'll reply 1-1/2"

Actually .. a quarter kilogrammer would be like ... a 1/2 pounder .. i guess that would be a double quarter pounder then eh?

In canada we mesaure fuel economy in litres per 100km. I'm not fussy on that one myself, but what I do like is that no matter where you go in the world, a litre is a litre. In canada, if we're talking gallons then the conversion is 4.54 litres in a gallon .. in the US the conversion is 3.83 litres in a gallon .. so there are at least two different gallons ... Imperial and US.

I still convert my fuel economy to figure what it is in miles per gallon cuz it's what makes sense to me, but I use the imperial gallon instead of the US gallon. It seems nicer that way .. 40 miles per imp. gallon is the same as 34 miles per US gallon. Your car don't seem like such a guzzler .. though at the cost of gasoline in canada .. it hardly matters compared to you guys. It takes me the better part of $44CDN to fill my '98 Honda Accord, whereas guys I know in houston were filling ther Z71 chevy's for $26US ... sux to be Canadian some times
