"and why would you see a GM at The World Ford Challenge??????????? Put down the pipe and back away slowly................."
WTF? Lay off the lame, overused internet lines, lol. As if the only time I've ever been to a dragstrip was in St. Louis at the WFC... Dude, I've been to more dragstrips than you've been to McDonalds! It is ALOT more common to see a guy pull his racecar to the track with a Powerstroke super duty or a Lightning and then run his tow vehicle a few times for fun than any other tow vehicle. A new exhaust system and computer chip will make a F350 run well into the 14s (which is fun to watch!) and a new exhaust with a smaller blower pulley will make a Lightning run solid 12s. Let's see any comparable GM with a full factory warranty do the same!
If you don't believe me, ask the guy with the built up Duramax how rare his truck is. I'm sure he'll be the first one to tell you that for every built up Duramax there is a parking lot full of Powerstroke and Cummins trucks making AT LEAST as much power.

What do you guys think about the new Nissan Titan. I think it has a 5.6 liter V-8 with about 300 horses. Not sure about the tq. It has storage in the bed and does not look to bad. It can tow about 9000 pounds, not as much as the others but still good.

White, your right about the nissan its ugly. I agree that alot of die hard races do unload there race cars and take the tow rigs down the track. I use to own a 92 Gmc extended cab. It was my tow vehicle for years. The kicker was I had more fun it, than in my race cars. It had a built tuned-port injected 383 stroker. I use to take it on weekends and smoke stoke Camaros and Mustangs all the time. My personal best run was 12.96 @111mph. Oh yeah I forgot it had 125 shot of nos. You want to talk about upset Mustang and Camaro owners, when a 5500lbs extended cab truck just smoked them light to light.
Lets see some tow rig times. My new rig is stock and it ran 16.23 @82 mph. Stock 4.6 F-150 extended cab.

Nothing but Ford in my familys stables. I'm 22 yrs. old and I drive a 2003 Ford F-150 Ext. Cab 4x4, FX4 off-road, 5.4L Triton V8 and also ride a 2003 Yamaha Grizzly 660. Nothing better than a Ford. Just wait until the fall when the new F-150 comes out. That truck is gonna rock! FORD -n- YAMAHA, hands down the best combo!

At first I assumed they took the front drive off, but there were to many of them. I wish I had a net site where I could post one of the videos so you all could see it. I don't know if any were small enough to e-mail. If I find one on the net again I'll post the URL. I know all about switching the front tires to the back I've done it on my old truck, I used to spin those all the time, usually several times a day.

Real quick syclone and typhoon no burnout though (10 sec Syclone)
Theres lots of vids here, the burntout, dounuts,....

The R33+ Skylines are not full time 4wd...It is completely computer controlled. When the rear loses traction, the fronts will be given power...BUT...the rear wheels will always have a much more higher percentage of the power going to them. meaning donuts and the such are possible. The JDM Mitsu Evolutions (Japanese Domestic Market, and no, I'm not a ricer!, they blow) have a 4wd system similar to that of the Skyline, but they have a higher percentage of power going to the front wheels.
