Not only will you have to pay sooner or later, you will be liable for all interest not paid up to this point also. The way I understand it, you took out another loan to payoff the Yamaha card? How else did you get the titles? The longer you wait the more back interest you'll have to pay.

I would get it straightened out so I pay for both because as has been posted already, they will almost certainly notice eventually and you will end up having to pay it then.
My conscience would not bother me though if I bought it at any local dealer here that I’ve done business with so far. They fark up 2 out of three parts I order and their sales people make a car salesman seem like your best friend. If it was a small shop or a very rare big dealer who really gave a chit about me getting a fair deal it would be different, but I treat others the same as they treat me.

Wshrdskin well I said titles but they actually aren't titles... I'm not sure what they are technically called but they are what the finance co. sends you in place of a title till you pay it off and get the lein release.
I am assuming that since I received documents on both the 4 wheelers from the finance company that indicate that they will send me the titles when the debt is paid that the dealership has been paid by the finance company and so hopefully the dealership is out of the picture. So thats why I'm tempted to just let it ride... as it is I'm still paying on the amount that they do show so there will be no issues if they do an audit anytime soon... but I plan to have it paid off before January. I would think there has to be a statute of limitations on it... and especially if it gets past this years earnings reports and taxes it may be out of sight. That leaves me wondering when I pay off the balance will I receive both titles or just 1.

If you can get by with it then you are LUCKY, and HE|| yea I would be happy!
The only thing is with that 3.9% financing is if you miss a payment then it goes to like 20something %. So you may want to get it lined out before you get a bill for "x" amount plus a bunch of back intrest.
Also keep in mind they will charge you like minimum on the balance so the bill will be fairly small (they want you to only pay minimum and carry over past the special intrest into the 20something%)
