I went to my local yamaha dealer today to order a few parts, They had a new YFZ there, well i was expecting this awsome quad and all from the way everybody talked and how good the dirtwheels review was........... and when i saw it, i couldnt belive it, That things almost as small as a blaster........ The Z250 that was sitting beside it was bigger.........[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img], I sat on it and i dwarfed the thing......... Why did they make it so small???? And why was the seat so friggin hard???? I didnt think much of the parking brake either......... I had plans on buying one but as unimpressed as i was i dont think im gonna, But then i sat on the new V Force And now im in love............. I am still shocked at how small that thing was.............

 

How tall and how much do you weigh if you don't mind me asking? I'm 5'11" and weigh 195lbs and I like the way it felt...seat is a little hard though, but it's moto inspired...

I thought the same,my raptor felt great the first time i sat on it.....

 

Whats funny is it is longer and wider than a raptor. It is quite a bit shorter thats why it looks smaller. I am 6'2 and love mine . I had a blaster and there is no comparison in size. It feel a lot like my 250R.

 

im 5'10 160 and i sat on one and was comfy i didnt think the seat was hard. And i felt comfortable on it.

 

how can it be longer than the raptor but quite a bit short at the same time?

 

well,if you were a woods racer you would realize it is a dreamquad.the light weight is awsome,and the feel of a motorcycle under ya,makes it really nice.once you ride it iam sure you will change your mind

 

Shorter as in height not length.

 

I'm 6' 250lbs and felt right at home on it. Didn't notice how hard the seat was but I'm sure I'll sit on another one day. The only thing smaller about the YFZ than a Raptor is the height and weight.
