Default Dune experts please advise !!!!!!!!!

Today I used ny budies 8 padle haulers and they hooked up quite a bit better then my sand skateII. I thought it would be to much, but it was not. They do seem to have more drag then my sand skates.

Just thought I would let you know.

I Have a Stock 03 Raptor and like riding all over the dunes/bowls, not necessarily dragging all day. Im looking at getting gbc sandsharks or the Haulers for glamis and have a couple of questions.

1) Would a V type paddle be better for me than a stright paddle? How much of a difference is there between the two?

2) Also, whats the difference performance wise between a 8 inch and 10 inch tire/wheel combo?

3) At what point do you need to get front sand tires?

Thanx a bunch,I love these boards!

1. A V-type paddle would definately be better in your case.

2. 10's look better(IMO) and turn easier. 8's have more straight line bite.

3. Front's aren't worth the cost unless you frequent the dunes a lot.
