the 300ex is the most reliable. next the lakota, then the warrior.

all are reliable!

topspeed mph:
warrior 60
300ex 55
lakota 52

the warrior and 300ex are manual clutches, the warrior is 6-speed, the 300ex is 5. the lakota is a semi-auto 5-speed. all machines have reverse. the reverse ease goes to the lakota, but there is a reverse mod for the 300ex. how much do you weigh, and what are your riding conditions? please be specific in your next question .

i would say, get a mojave!

warrior- the lakota doesnt compare to the ex and warrior, with its auto clutch and i think kawi dropped them for 04 it hink ne way.. i heard/read soewere.. but a good used warrior. can get piped/jetted/filter warrior for about 2400 bucks. and you can get 25'' tires on it for some real mud machine

I really like the warrior because of the 6spd tranny and it looks good. Most people say it is under geared but with a smaller front sprocket it really helps. I do alot of trail and climbing. I already have a 2 stroke and want a 4 stroke. I am leaning for a warrior and i can find a good used one cheap.

Someone will come on here and say the 300EX is way better than the Warrior but it isn't. It is slower and a lot smaller. The only advantage it has is slightly more precise handling. And as jackyl said, it does great no matter where you ride it. I've ridden on flat out dirt roads, to solid mud, to a full size MX track. It kept on coming back for more no matter what I threw at it.

If I was going to get something big like a raptor (NO OFFENSE TO THE RAPPY GUYS) I would get a Predator. I have driven both many times and like both but I like the way the Predator handles much better.
