The reverse gear on the Raptor is too fast!!!!

I think what he meant to say is that R is geared too tall. I fell the same, almost as if you have to ride the clutch. The only times I ever stall my bike are when I am trying to use R
I try not to use it unless I HAVE to

we need to organize 'reverse races' especially for 01's! man does mine scoot backwards!!
i'll bet my 01 goes faster backwards than many quads do forwards.

The reverse isn't too fast, you're experienceing what I call stalling out, hitting the reverse rev limiter trying to get out ouf a sitsuation. Dump the rev limiter.

Ahhhh come on, that was my idea last year for FSWII. Of course I came up with that idea after backing out of my garage at about 25 mph and turning my head to see where I was going. It's a funny thing, you turn your head and your handlebars follow. I did half a Rockford turn, flipped over and ended up under the deck. One of those where are the camera moments.

01's actually do have a limiter but good lord! you have to do about 30 in reverse to hit it. I know one guy who flipped his like that. He was in reverse and let handlebars turn. OOPS!
