The reverse gear on the Raptor is too fast!!!!
#1
Everytime I go in reverse with it, I feel like my clutch is burning out. They need to slow it down a bit in reverse. Is anyone else having the same problem with their Raptor? I have a brand new one, and my clutch already feels like it is slipping a little bit.

Do you still have the stock limiter or did you remove it. I removed mine to replace the clutch lever and taking off the limiter switch really makes it haul azz backwards...

You might have a bad switch, or it wasn't checked before they sold you the quad. If you want to test your skills, sit on the Rappy backwards and see how fast you can ride it in reverse. Kinda like driving a forklift...

The sad thing is me and a few of my friends will probably try this. Hell, last weekend we were racing those Little Tyke plastic cars for kids down some pretty wicked hills. Yeah, thats right, the little suckers for kids like 2-4 years old. I'd be willing to bet on the last hill we went down we hit 35+ MPH. Bear in mind these were "Alcohol" powered cars and we weren't using the foot brakes. Amazing what a little silver bullet race fuel can do, lol.
