Good deal?

Yeah I tried offering him $1000 and he said no way. He claims the bike is super clean. He even sent me pics but its hard to tell details from digital pictures. Should I walk?
How about this one:
1992 YAMAHA BLASTER,
runs great, bored top end, Wiseco piston and rings, new crankshaft, Magneto starter, CDI handlebars, clutch lever, sprocket rear axle, rear tires and many others, $1300 firm

Here is some more info on the 1990 for $1200:
BRAND NEW TOP END W/LESS THAN ONE HOUR, .040 OVER, NEW PISTON, RINGS, GASKETS, ETC, STARTS IN ONE KICK, DG PIPE AND BUMPERS, NEW REAR MUD TIRES, NICE SHAPE, FRONT BRAKES ARE WEAK, REAR BRAKES NEED ADJUSTMENT
I'm pretty much stuck between both of these. They're in my price range. This is my first ATV so I don't want anything too nice until I know how to ride. Still think the 1992 is a better deal?

You're right. It's only $100 more and everything is in working order. I can ride it once I get home. Who knows what's wrong with the rear brakes on the 1990. Maybe it needs a whole new rear brake system. Thanks for the advice!
