Called Sparks again yesterday and they shipped my carbs finally. I have a tracking number now so I know there on the way. I have a feeling my new FCR's are gonna be way off on the jetting when they get here. I'm pretty much stock other than the exhaust and K&N w/no lid but the guy at Sparks said it got shipped with 145/148 and wasn't sure on the needle. Looks like I get a bunch more practice jetting my bike. I swear thats about one of the worst things to do cause your never really sure if you have them just right.

Did Sparks have any advice on jetting? Yes, you are going to be way off with a stock motor. Better get to the stealership and pick up a bunch of smaller jets, the are the 6mm long hex style. I don't know anyone with FCRs on a stock motor to even get you in the ball park, maybe you can start a new thread and see if anyone else has experience.

Ask MADRACING. I think he has a stock bike with FCR's.

Found a couple good sites that should help me dial in the new carbs. Good info and lots of it but I have some time to study. I called Sparks again when I got home and FCRs weren't here. They gave me a tracking number for a box that is patiently waiting for my carbs to be put in them. From what the lady said Curtis does all the jetting himself and didn't have time to get to mine before he went on vacation. He won't be back till NEXT monday. Which means like almost 3 weeks after I ordered them they should be here. They were kind enough however to offer next day air at their expense. I just keep wondering why Curtis is the only one who can get the carbs ready to ship.

Yea right he jets them himself,he dont pick up wrenches anymore unless it's his own bike,or family...

Tell them to let someone jet them and they are not that hard, they are already out of the bike...
