Seems like a done up bolton YFZ and Raptor should be quite even in power, just the YFZ has quite the lead in lightweight, I think that's where it's gonna bite into all quads as a result.... Most Raptors with full exhaust, jet kit, and intake with no lid should be getting around the 45hp mark, am I not right? That's what I did to mine, and when I race a stock raptor, I walk away from it no matter how much he jumped on me, same with another raptor with full exhaust, jetting, but no airbox mods... The airbox mod is by far the biggest gain, that and the silencer which of course needs jetting, but no needle... I really wish I could dyno mine, and KNOW that my jetting is the best for my area.... I'm gonna go to the GYTR kit, I'm not happy with my Dynojet kit, I was at first, but not anymore, it doesn't have much more top end than a stock Raptor?

So by looking at the graph, your putting out 42HP and not 46HP. The torque numbers are closer, but to have 32.2 your line should be near the middle of the box, not at the bottom. These are still good numbers, but the graph doesn't match the numbers given.

hey killer, be careful with that carbon fiber gyt-r. I went through two on my raptor. After I blew the first one apart (it cracked out around the screws and the whole barrel blew off the bike!) Yamaha told me it was a fluke and gave me another one. This is two weeks after they installed it. Rode about four weeks on the next one before it did the same thing. Now a yamaha dealer installed this pipe at the same time they installed my pro-flow and k&N. I let them do the work to be sure the warranty would be good. Guess what, after blowing two apart, they told me it was my fault and that they wouldn't warranty them any further. Said I would just have to invest in another pipe! How sh#tty is that! Anyway, just a heads up about that pipe. Keep an eye on it.

thanks HOUNDDOG i'll definately keep an eye on it. those GYT-R parts are way more expensive then any aftermarket parts.
and all you nay sayers that think those are bogus numbers,if you're within 250 miles of my house and you know of a good dyno near you i'll laod my machine and bring it to your dyno and run it. if it puts up the numbers i say it does then you can pay for my gas money for the trip home.
any takers?
