New tie downs.

Default New tie downs.

Hi,
I just got back from home depot, i got me some new tiedowns for my atv, they are ratchet-style motorcycle tie downs and i got six of them for 50 bucks, they are made by ''keeper'' are these good quality? anyone ever used keeper tie downs?

Default New tie downs.

The thing about rachet type tie downs is that you'll tend to secure your quad tighter than you would with a pull type. I use Keeper rachets but I keep ripping straps because of over tightening. They don't seem to be as thick as they were 20 years ago.

Default New tie downs.

keeper makes 10,000 lb 3 inch wide and about 20ft long straps, they sell at Home Depot for around 15 bucks. I would like see you break one of those!
