Default i got my piston in but.........................................

this is the prob i got my motor back together and cleaned out the carb. Now the carb is leaking out of the over flow tube so i cleaned it agian and it it still poring out of it.

Your floats are sticking open. When you were cleaning you may have removed the little pin that acts as a pivot for the floats. Had the same problem with my KX.

Default i got my piston in but.........................................

i just got back from f***ing with it and i was riding down the road and when i hit 4-6 gear it will start bogging and then i pulled the clutch in and it started to rev back up then it just died. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img] so i let it sit for about 5 mins to let it cool down and it started right up then i went another 70yds then it died agian. i let it cool and it started up. then i tryed to wheelie and it bogs when i get it about 2ft up. and i just checked the pivot thingy and every thing is there. i need hellp

Check your float level, I don't know the setting but that sounds like the prob.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Ok let me see if i got this right, you solved the gas leaking problem and now your bike is bogging and heating up very quickly? is this the case?

there is still a little drip but yes it is oer heating or sumthing very fast

I agree with the rest, check your float setting, also, you may need to replace the needle and seat, my Wolverine leaked just sitting, the needle valve looked fine, took it to the dealer, they pressure checked it, it was shot.Replaced the needle and seat, no more leak out the overflow. Leaking by your needle and seat will cause you to run very rich, and give you a lot of the problems you are experiencing.

well if you fixed the float level you probably have an air leak.
but it sounds like float still
