Default Exhaust Question

First Off, I've just joined the forum, but have been reading for a while.

I have a 2000 Yamaha Warrior that i bought back in April. It came with a Cobra Jet pipe that I think looks pretty good, but i just cant stand the noise, or some of the looks I get. I can handle loud, but only if its a decent sounding loud. I also realize that being that loud accomplishes nothing except closing riding areas. Ive mainly been looking at two pipes, the FMF Quiet Core, and the Big Gun Quiet Series. Any input on these two, or other sugestions? I am also running a K&N with prefilter and have vented the airbox lid.

And also, would I need to rejet going from the Cobra to another aftermarket?

Thanks

Default Exhaust Question

I know from experience that then cobra pipes are way to loud and anoying.

I would go with a big gun race series you dont need to get the quite series. the big gun is a lot easyer on the ears then a cobra and it adds a hefty amount of power.
