Default Rolled over.....

Hi,
I took my grizzly 600 up to a buddy of mines house where he has some extremely difficult trails...So we where riding and having a great time, My belt slipped a few times but i was ok about that, My buddy rides a foreman with stock tires wich are skinny, and his trails are difficult for my grizzly, and sure enough i rolled over into a stream, and my atv was upside down in about 4 inches of water, so we turned it back over and I was told to wait 5 minutes and then start it, so i let it sit 5 minutes and it started right up, could there be any damage that was not visible to me? because i just rode off and it was running fine...I wasnt even going more than 3 miles an hour when it rolled.
