The best and most fun though is when they ask for Mr or Mrs so and so just say "hold on a minute let me get them for you" and set the phone down while you load up ebaumsworld.com. They have celebrity soundboards there where you can click a button with your mouse and the celebrity you chose will say what the button says. Let the telelmarketer talk to Arnold Swartzenagger or Vin Deisel or Chris Farley. Thats definitly the most fun thing to do when they call. Last night I let a mortgage company talk to Homer Simpson for like 10 minutes and they had no clue! TRY IT!!

CELEBRITY SOUNDBOARDS

One of those guys nailed me good once. Sunday morning early, back when I was single and was out all night, phone rings and it's a handicapped guy selling light bulbs. I said "You SOB you know what time it is I'm sleeping!!! *&(%#@&*!!!" and hung up.

Twenty minutes later after I fall back asleep, the phone rings again. Same guy. He says "Oh, I called you already? Gee, I'm sorry......"

That guy knew what he was doing, and timed it just so he could wake me up again. I still laugh about that, I mighta done the same thing.

Actually, 'm on the do not call list and when that gets activated, theyre gonna be in trouble. For now, I let the answering machine take them and give my friends my cell phone number. Or if I get a bunch, I'll turn off the answering machine and turn ON the fax machine. That screech really does 'em HEHE....

One of the radio talk show hosts had a guy on this week that got fed up with TMs and the stuff this guy did was hallarious. He went to a TM convention and got the room #s of the people there and called all of them at 3 AM asking for donation to the one legged orphan fund. He had a good come back for just about any of the typical marketing calls.
