He might be bigger/stronger, but smaller people like us are agile and quick, im not saying i could totally take this guy down, but all three of us on him at once would do him some harm, and yah, that other guy probly would have broken it up, or jesses mom would have come out there with a shotgun.I dont think that guy would have hit us anyway, unless he wanted to go to jail for a couple years over some turned up dirt.

 

You would be suprised to see how some people are about thier land if they think you are riding too close to it they get upset .. me and a buddy of were riding down a dirt road he was on his 400ex i was on my Z and some dude and his older son ran me off onto the side of the road with his pickup my friend stopped a few yards down the road and the Guy jumped out of his truck and ran at me jumped kicked and busted my back fender and then started just swingin on me while his son went and tried to hold my friend down .. i jumped off my bike and backed up a few feet and he started yelling at me to walk over to him like i was one of his kids i started laughing and wiped the blood off my lip where he hit me .. so he gets even more pi$$ed off and tries to chase me .. i ran about 3 laps through the ditch and around his pickup laughing my @$$ off .. my buddy jumps off his bike and gets up in the son's face so the guy stops at the back of his truck and grabs the handle off his highlift then runs over and points it right at my friends face .. well my friend then backs off alittle ways and the guy keeps taunting him with the handle , by this time i was losing it so i walked back into the middle of the road and yelled WTF is all this about anyways .. the guy turns toward me and says " you guys were riding on my land without permission " My friend yells we have not .. then then the guy turns back to my friend and said yeah you were my wife drove past you guys and you where trespassing on my land .. so then i said were riding down the road and have not touched your d@mn land so i dont know what your talking about .. so he walks over to my z and takes the Key outta the ignition and says well we will just see now wont we .. i looked at him and said you better give me back my D@mn key and your going to pay for my fender too .. so he throws the key at me gets in his truck and Takes off.. i memorized as much of his license plate as i could then we went and called the sheriff and he met us at the spot where we had been riding to see if we rode on the dudes land .. i pointed out my fender and my lip what was cut pretty good and swollen .. he called another officer to go and pick the two up and brings them to us to identify them .. after it was all over i pressed charges for the assault , reckless endangerment and took him to court for my fender ..

My advise would be to not ride near a maniacs property and watch the roads you ride on , you never know the type of person you may be offending.

Sorry that turned into a pretty long and detailed story .. the memory of it will stick with me forever

Real funny. Not. You being a smartass didn't help things I'm sure. To bad he didn't slap the shift out of you for being a smartass and to bad you didn't slap the shift out of him for cussing. Sounds like you were all in the wrong to a certain extent.

Kids these days think they can talk all the shift they want and then run to mommy and hide. In my day, you talked shift you had problems. Sounds like the "big guy" may have been a little agro, but you're no f'n hero either. I'd have no issue grabbing some smart mouth punk by the collar and taking him to his parents if he got wise w/ me.

Don't expect to hear praise from everyone when you post something like this on a public forum. Confrontation will happen, but you'd better learn to deal with it appropriately.

Ok, listen up selector, I was acting as calm as possible to this guy, i wasnt being a smarta$$ from the beginning to the end. If youd seen this guy, you would have acted the same way, i guarantee it . Im not trying to be a hero and that didnt even cross my mind. what didnt help, was him telling me the **** he was, acting like a 5 year old adult.And no, i was not wanting praise from people in this forum, buddy, people post stuff like this all the time just like me, so dont tell me what i am doing, and dont tell me what for. And i wasnt being a smart mouth punk either, There was only a few times where he made me mad enough to say a comment, And now that i think about it, the comments werent that bad. I dont just run around on my banshee to pi$$ people off, this guy evedentally likees to on his quad.

For you to say what you did selector, youve either had people tear up your road, or you dont know exactly how this guy acted did you. If anyone was being the smart@$$, it was him.

I dont even know if it was 30%, we went up and down it ( 1/8th mile) about 6 or 7 times, then went home to ride. Speedy, i was talking about that guy that started mouthing at us, who is the smart@$$, if thats why you were being sarcastic....Trailbreaker70, he was churning up the gravel too, as you mentioned, He said he was complaining because he has to ride some truck that rattles on a dirtroad(what truck doesnt on a dirtroad)and we've had people spin out ruts in our road and noone chases after them cussing. But we didnt know that, and he just came down there starting something. I didnt know what to think.
