Me and 2 buddies(one rides a raptor:jesse, and one rides a banshee: josh ) went riding today on 50% trails, 20% dirtroad and 30% highway, we had just got done riding wheelies on the highway and was on our way back to jesses house, then this arsehole(age about 40 y/o) came hauling it down through jesses yard on a rancher with gators chasing us, me jesse and josh stopped, and he started cussing us all out(near every word in the book), for turning up a little gravel here and there on the counties freshly graded road. I told him "sir, i dont appreciate you coming down here just to cuss us out" and he kept on cussing. there are like 50 other people on that road that ride including them, and he points out us since he saw jesse riding my quad, turning it around and turning up gravel. josh, on the banshee started to leave and this guy jumped off his quad and grabbed him by the arm!!Me and jesse, the one that rides the raptor started to jump off our quads, and i just said " you better let him go right now", he told josh he was going to kick his ***, jesse and josh said "well why dont you do it", and that man said that he would kick jesses *** too, he didnt and didnt want his *** kicked, so josh and jesse left. i was about to take off and he grabbed my hand when it was on the clutch so i couldnt leave, and he got about 2 or three inches from my face cussing, and saying he was going to kick my whole familys ***!!!! I told him i would call the police for threatening, he said "its not a threat, its a promise". So i my mom called the police for threat and assault (grabbing my hand and joshes arm), they will arrest him for that monday when we can all talk to the police.Advice: be careful where you ride, there may be some crazy person like that coming after you like he did me/my friends.Sorry for the LONG post, you would need all the details to know what happened.

i cant believe he was dumb enough to grab y'all. did he leave a bruise or a mark of harm on you all?
that is assualt and worth alot of $$$$$ should you decide to sue.

better get a restraining order b/c if he gets arrested monday and gets out, he will be pissed and may come after you again with a weapon. ive heard of cases like that. better watch this guy, dude he sounds unstable. probably a overweight, drunk retard bast@rd, huh?

 

lol twentycharecters, i think he wins arsehole of the month! i think i will get a restraining order,he didnt leave a mark, but when he grabbed my friend and swung him around, he hurt his back since he was in a car accident a couple days earlier, the crash scraped him up, and made him have stitches in his lip, when the guy grabbed him, it also tore a scab off his arm, so i guess he does have a mark. that kidn ahappened to me xcept there were 2 guys on ATV's(utilitys) ok here's story hoep it isn't to long so if u gotta p*ss do it now i don't want u wlaking around....ok my bestfriend moved in 3rd grade(about 6 years ago) i only get to c him about twice a year so i went to visit him and i mena he races quads and all so he's got a stock balster and a 250R i'm on the 250R and he's on his balster were out there terin up the gravel roads(which ddin't have much gravel) and then these 2 guys coem down this driveway on utilites and were sittin there engines off we c them there goin atleast 30 and were there tryin to start out engines and we finally get m stated about the same time (a few kicks) and we take off as fast as these thigns will go and these 2 guys r chasin us... now me i'm not familiar with this area and TURN DOWN A DEAD END ROAD!!!!! isaw that dead end sign and i said o f*ck so i go to whip it aroudn and there's those guys pullin onto that road i'm there dman near pissin myself i'm so scared abotu what's gonna happen... they had shutoff there engine and i had mine runnin and it WAS in gear still... so when they walked up to me they said a few words and then they go y don't u shut that thing off.. i go ok and i took off... left them in a cloud of dust... got away clean.. went troguh a few trails.. and then guess what... there's those 2 guys at the campground( my friends parents own a campground) where we were heading how they knew where we were going is beyond me musta known my friend... o well...

 

You guys should have just kicked his *** and left it at that.

 

Im thankful for being big. I woulda broke his nose with my fourhead if he got in my face.
