I was wondering how far behind would my quad be if i raced a stock Kfx 400. I can beat a stock 400ex and i know that a KFX is faster but by how much?

 

you would probably beat the 400 it would be a good match up. And it'd depend on the rider alot. And a KFX is about 4-5 mph faster than the ex maybe less

 

the kfx would stomp u i'm afraid...the warrior is 15 years outdated

 

Yeah looking at your mods... I don't even see how you beat the 400 EX. I would definitely have to say that "not all riders are created equal" when I see statements like that. So either you are extremely good or the guy you raced was pretty bad.

 

yeah...my warrior is modded more than yours and the only place i'm beating anything is in the trails. what they go around i go over with 23" and 22' ITP's. Scares the s out of them when they see how aggressive i am on that sport/tank. hell... i scare myself.

 

As a ex-owner of a Warrior and a current owner of a 400ex and a Z400, all I can say is you are not going to beat either with those mods (in a drag race).
My friend had a Powroll 400 cc warrior, cam ,carb, the whole enchalida, When I got my 400ex piped only, I was faster. And the Z400 is faster that a 400ex.

 

thats bull that a warrior with a powroll will lose to a piped 400ex tell the kid u raced learn how to ride

 

Its not bull. And its not a kid. It is a 45 year old guy with 25 years experience and 6 other quads. Trust me, I have no reason to lie.

 

ok well i said stock u said with pipe. I beat a stock 400ex i know for sure. and all iam asking is how far behind would i be behind a KFX

 

I would have to say you would get beat by even more than the 400ex beats you. If you have no engine mods, I still say, you can' t beat either, if riders are equal.
