My commentary yesterday was bourne out of frustration w/ all the talk re: dragging and "what's faster". As I said, I'm not the smartest guy but something came to my mind today that made me re-think things:

4-strokes are the hook-up kings
I have a hot 4-stroke that's getting hotter (no, not because of the fan)
Everybody's talking about running 300' - I've been comparing my bike to built shees in 1000' to 1200' runs up a huge "sand mountain".

300'? Flat? Hell yes, I'll play. Just need to find where all the Utah people run their quads for 300'...

BTW:

#1: Good news out of Trinity: they're hot on the YFZ case. Sounds like they have a very good pipe nearing production along w/ some other goodies - spoke w/ Harry today.

#2: Outerwears will make custom prefilters, thus allowing me (& you) to remove even the "black box" surrounding the air filter. Allow about (10) days for delivery.

#3: I got about (3) more lbs off the bike yesterday.
