I say ride each and then see for yourself.............

anyone know of a spell to turn my rappy into a YFZ?...........................
Yup....sign on the dotted line!!! Works for me every time.

I rode my YFZ all day today...I'm 6'1" 215 lbs..no problems with bars hitting knees, or sore butt, or anything like that...in fact I had a helluva good time!

thanx bulldogs400 but may rappy is faster again i bought a drag pipe from bob and i love it. was running it today in the 1/8 and turned out an 8.801 ant 72.9 and oh bob tell your son i ran an 1.91 to the 60' mark. as far the 450 haveing an uncofortable seat ITS A MX RACE BIKE NOT A TRAIL BIKE but i've riden the pred and it don't hold a candle to an uncorked 450 like mine. if u want to race get a 450 trails buy a z400, 400ex or raptor because the pred isn't very comfortable ether

The pred stock will rip apart the yfz. The yfz is just quick revving so its hard to get a jump on.
um the yfz with the baffle out and rejetted will easily beat any stock machine and its going to take more then a piped shee raptor or pred to beat a piped 450

but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the pred and its cheaper ride each see what you think
overall the 450 is by far the best stock machine but you pay for it the choice is up to you...good luck

I have had a thing for the Predator (until I got on one). It just didn't feel good at all. But for me, sitting on the yfz felt just perfect!!

LMAO @ the dummies ******* the YFZ on this thread.

"The seat sucks!" translation: "I ride a Recon."

"The Predator has more power" translation: "I've never seen a YFZ run."

I will admit, I've never seen a 100% stock YFZ race yet. Although with the baffle out and airbox lid off there isn't a fourstroke that will touch one on the MX, oval or TT track. Those things are the only fourstrokes hanging with 330 CT motors. I can't wait to see the Honda version in a few days!

I've never wished for reverse and I ride in the woods of Minnesota. The YFZ is so light I can push it backwards with 1 hand.

how are the woods up there ? the quad still weighs in at 350 lb and at any steep angle it increases. besides that have you ever been stuck in mud . dont get me wrong it is a great quad but i still enjoy reverse..

the woods can be tight or open, muddy or dusty. I really have never needed reverse. If you're facing uphill, roll it backwards with the bars turned and turn it around...
