have a2002 660 was out in the water and now it wont go over 29 miles and hour belt dry engine sound like want to blow at 29

 

are you saying your belt is dry? Isn't there a drain plug for the belt cover?

It definetly sounds like the belt or the clutch maybe [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] Did you submerge the motor? Other than that I'm really not sure. I've had mine in the water and never had that problem before. Sorry.
