does it come with a flywheel puller or do I have to buy one with the key? Does it come with instructions?

If you get the vitos,you have to buy the puller seperate but its only like 5 dollars

Some places will let you get a flywheel puller then when you return it you get your money back or like 75% or more back of your money..But why not just get one and new have to get one for awhile though
