Hey guys, I just rejetted my rappy with 155/160 mains, and 25 pilot jets....it backfires a little with the lid off and sounds perfect with the lid on..my question is, how should I adjust the fuel/air screws? I left them where they were stock.....also my gyt-r silencer has the spark arrestor in it, just in case it makes a difference....oh yea, when I revved it up..it looks like the screen inside the silencer was pushed out a little, problem? Thanks for you help guys!

Run it for a while before you check the plug, it should be a tannish brown. But with the additives and detergents in gas now it's not that easy.

I am running the 155/160 and 25 pilot jets. 3 turns out. FMF pipe and K&N. 700' elevation. With the lid off, it leaned out and fell on it's face something terrible at 4500 rpm on the Dyno. Blistered a brand new plug. At 3000' with the lid on, it is dead on. Plug reads a pretty tan.
