Gas mixing

Hi guys

I was wondering how you guys mix your gas.32to1 or 28 to 1????I heard that 32 to 1 is hard on a 2stroke is this correct.
Just would like ta know....

32:1 is what I run in both of my banshees. My trail bike runs Spectro SX, race bike runs Benol.
