Default warrior help

i hope someone can help... i have a 1998 warrior and a what seems to be a huge problem.
the problem.... the warrior wont start, first the starter button wouldnt work, so i crossed the silinoid and it started and ran, then while rideing on a verry long ride the warrior solwly started to not want to start finally it wouldnt start even with crossing the silinoid. i then started it by push starting with another atv after a couple of times of doing that it wouldnt start untill you was rolling about 30mph!!! well now it wont start at all. still has spark. starter turns engine if crossed. i have no clue i have never worked on a atv. the warrior does need rings but dosent smoke terrabally bad? sorry my spelling sucks but you get the idea

ok this is what happened to me today.... when i was riding on someone elses race warrior(1989) well... c if u here it clicking ( not turning over) that means your starter has prolly gone bad.... so i would suggest getting the starter rebuilt...... this should fix the problem if it doesn't take it to a local dealer and have them look at it and get there opinion...

Sounds like you are lacking compression to me. If you are having to go close to 30mph to pull start it and it smokes AND it seems to be getting worse. Sounds like compression. Get it checked and I bet thats the problem.

When is the last time the carb was cleaned. If the idle jet has any trash in blocking the fuel to the idle circuit it will not start unless the engine demands more fuel like push starting it at 30 mph where the main jet takes over.
