Default Brand new Raptors/Kawi's for $2500 (Ebay scam or what?)

Has anybody seen the new Raptors and Kawasaki's for auction on eBay for $2500 including shipping? The seller has a buy it now price of $2500 and says you must e-mail her for the details and my buddy did it and was told that they are brand new, 0 hrs, clean title and they will be shipped from Italy within 4 business days. The seller has something like 559+ positive reviews in the feedback section. What is up with this? Anybody have a clue?

wounded,. I returned your pm.

Anyhow the ID on ebay is stolen - thats why it has such good feedback, how do they steal the id's??

A while ago the scammers sent out millions of emails like "win a free explorer from ebay!" and when people click on the link in the email which looked nearly identicle to ebay they were taken to a page that looked just like ebay even using ebay's graphics. Where they were asked to sign in with thier ebay ID and password to get their contest registration number. (which were all the same). Then the unsuspecting ebay member goes on their merry way and the scammers have a database full of ebay user id;s and passwords to use as they like.

They pick the somewhat inactive members with great feedback, change the contact info and slip in one or 2 items.
