These are the only tires I'd consider to put on my quad.
Razors 20x11x10 .190 douglas wheels $167.99
Razors 22x11x9 .190 douglas wheels $161.99
Shredders 20x11x10 .190 douglas wheels $179.99
Shredders 22x11x9 .190 douglas wheels $194.99
XCR holeshots 20x11x10 .190 douglas wheels $179.99
XCT holeshots 22x11x10 .190 douglas wheels $204.99
All prices from Rockymountain ATV.
Kenda bearclaws are a very heavy tire. Good traction but not for a sport quad imo. Work well in mud and possibly snow not desert and mountain trail riding etc. Very hard and makes for a bumpy ride.

The stock Raptor wheels are a decent wheel for being stock. They have that bead that adds strength. But it also sticks out from the wheel and is easier to catch on rocks or branches, stumps whatever. But it's not a bad rim. Not sure of the thickness, at least a .160 but I think it's a .190
