well try to download some Marine Corps Running Cadences and burn them onto a CD. Or search for some online. As you listen to them yell them back. Then once your motivated, Run 3-4 miles, do 50 push-ups straight and 100sit ups straight. Thats wat i do every day. If you cant do this, and its too hard, forceyourself through them. Then youll know you CAN do it. Its all about self respect for what you CAN do, not what you tried and failed at.
