I seen some guys on dirt bikes getttin really nice air on a jump down by the beach. The wind was blowing just perfect in that every 30 45 minutes the lip was refreshed on the jump. So I was hitting it over and over and over until the lip was gone then I'd go back an hour later and hit it again. Anyways after 25-30 times hitting it I started getting enough nerve to take my feet of and try to do a heelclicker or no footer. On one attempt I couldnt get my foot back on the peg and my foot slid right by it and ended up getting unde3r the tire somehow. Im not sure if I landed right down on my foot or just rolled over it, but it sure did hurt. I can barely walk right now, and its not broken, its just a super bad sprain. (I HOPE)

I was filming a lot while out there, and happened to actually get it on tape too. It doesnt look that bad when watching it, but you can tell I f*ed something up.

If someone has somewhere to put it PM me and Ill email it to ya.

I am curious. Did you have nerfs on your quad? If not, do you think it would have made a difference? If you did, did they prevent your injury from being worse than it actually is? I have them on all of my quads because they make sense to me and I can rest easier having a little more assurance. I have seen LOTS of accidents that I believe may have had lesser results with nerfs. Thanks for any info you can give.....Ball

Ive seen nerfs on a dirtbike before... and god, was it funny. LoL, i laughed for hours. It was on an XR200, and he was tryin to take it on a track... thought about tryin to turn a dirtbike [hitting a burm] with nerfs on the side?... well this kid did.... it was priceless

Send it to me Hacker. wshrdskin@aol.com. I'll post it.

Also I did the same thing a few months or more back. Came off a small jump I've hit numerous times before doing 20 mph or so, my foot slipped off the left peg, went right under the tire. Pulled the left heel guard with my leg behind the tire and frame. Locked the wheels up, I was slammed to a hard packed dirt road emedded with rocks etc. Surprisingly my leg was ok, not real sore but I swear I broke/cracked my hip bone as thats where the impact was felt most, never went to the doctor. The quad rolled a couple times and rest between a couple large boulders on the side of the road about 2 feet from the edge of what would have been numerous roll overs down a fairly steep hillside.
