Default Who Will Yamaha Sign

Okay, Now that Honda has signed Tim Farr and Suzuki has signed Doug Gust. Who will Yamaha Sign? Tim Farr has won several championships and Doug Gust just won the 2003 pro-production class. I really don't know but, if I had my guess I would say that Yamaha will go after Barry Hawk or Kory Ellis.

I dont think Yamaha need to sponsor a rider. The bike will sell, and it will get results no matter which pro is riding.

Although I would like to see them sponsor making the sport become more like AMA motocross.

None of them need to sign a rider to sell bikes but, it will help. I think it would be great for the sport however. Again, I think Barry Hawk or Kory Ellis will get the job.

I agree with Ridley, if they do pick up a rider, they should go for Jeremiah Jones! He is the man and has tons of potential! It would be nice to see quads get some of the spotlight and attention that the bikes get.

There probably not going to sponsor Jeremiah Jones, because he races pro 250, and not pro production. I'm thinking Kory Ellis for 2004, and hopefully one-up Yamaha and Honda by signing Bill/Brandon Ballance for the GNCC circuit.

Is there a pro production class in gncc???

Although Hawk aboard a new YZF would be awesome.....I still have too side with Ridleys suggestion for lesser riders.
